Please Note: Between the end of October and March, we only supply inflatables for indoor use (e.g. in halls, sports centres, or other indoor venues). This is due to safety concerns and weather conditions during the colder months.

If you're looking to hire an inflatable for an event on artificial grass or astroturf, please note that we MUST be able to stake the inflatable through the surface to ensure it's securely anchored.

Setup and Collection

Please allow approximately 30 minutes before and after your allocated pick-up and collection times for our team to properly set up your soft play We want to ensure everything is set up safely and ready for your event!

Important Information:

Ball Collection: At the end of your hire period, we kindly ask that all the balls from the ball pond be collected and placed back in the bag provided ready for collection.
