Here are answers to some of the most common questions about hiring our inflatables, soft play, games and event equipment.

🎈 What should I consider when choosing what to hire?
When choosing a bouncy castle, inflatable or party item, it’s important to consider:
Available space, including the required setup area
Ceiling height for indoor venues
Age group of the users
Surface type
Access to power
Type of event and number of guests
All of our products include size and space requirements to help you choose the right option.

🌧️ What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Most of our inflatables come with built-in shower covers, so light rain is usually not a problem.
However, for safety reasons:
Inflatables should not be used in heavy rain
Inflatables must not be used in strong winds
Inflatables cannot be used if wind speeds exceed 24mph
If poor weather is forecast, we may contact you to discuss options such as rescheduling or moving your booking indoors where possible.

🚚 What time do you deliver and collect?
For garden hires, we typically deliver between 8:30am and 11:45am and collect after 5:30pm.
For indoor venues, halls and timed events, we are more flexible and will work around your event times where possible.
👉 You can request preferred delivery and collection times when booking.
🏠 Can bouncy castles be set up indoors?
Yes — many of our inflatables are suitable for indoor use, and we regularly set up in halls, schools and community centres.
Please check the product dimensions and make sure your venue has enough space and ceiling height before booking.

🔌 What if I don’t have power available?
No problem — we can provide alternative power options where needed.
These may include:
Petrol inflation fans
Generators for an additional fee
👉 Please let us know your requirements when booking so we can advise on the best option.
🌱 Can inflatables be set up on any surface?
Inflatables must be securely anchored for safety.
✅ Grass
Grass is the ideal surface because we can safely secure the inflatable using ground stakes.
✅ Artificial Grass
We may be able to set up on artificial grass if staking is possible.
Stakes must be able to go through the artificial grass and into the ground beneath.
❌ Concrete, Tarmac or Hard Surfaces
We cannot set up inflatables on concrete, tarmac or other hard surfaces.
This is due to health and safety requirements. Each anchor point must be able to withstand a force of at least 163kg / 1600N, which cannot be safely achieved without specialist ballast.
👉 We do not provide specialist ballast for hard surface setups.

🚗 Do you offer self-collection?
Yes — self-collection is available for selected games and smaller items.

👀 Can you supervise the event?
Yes — we can provide trained staff to supervise your event for an additional fee.
This can be useful for school events, corporate events, community fun days and larger bookings.

🌙 Can we hire overnight?
Yes — some inflatables are available for overnight hire for an additional fee.
Overnight hire is subject to availability, location and suitability of the setup area.

🧑🤝🧑 Do you offer adult bouncy castles?
We don’t currently offer adult bouncy castles.
However, we do provide a range of games and inflatables suitable for adults, including inflatable games, garden games and arcade machines.

🛡️ Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes — we have £5 million Public Liability Insurance.
Our equipment is safety tested, regularly inspected and maintained to a high standard.
💳 How do I pay?
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details.
You can pay by:
Bank transfer using your booking reference
Cash on delivery
👉 Bank transfer payments must be made at least 24 hours before your event.
