1. What should I consider when choosing what to hire?

When selecting a bouncy castle or inflatable, consider the available space. All of our units list their sizes and required space. If you're hiring for indoor use, make sure to check the ceiling height. We also recommend considering the age group of the children or adults who will be using the unit. If you're unsure, feel free to Contact Us for advice.

2. What happens if it rains?

Our fans and extension leads are waterproof, and most of our bouncy castles come with shower covers, so you can still enjoy your event in light rain. If you're worried about the weather, we recommend booking a hall for indoor use. We also have extensive knowledge of local halls, so we can suggest venues that suit your needs. Please check out our Local Halls & Venues page or Contact Us if you need help. If weather conditions like torrential rain or high winds are expected, we'll contact you to discuss options.

3. What time do you deliver and collect?

For garden parties, we typically deliver between 8:30 am and 11:45 am and collect after 5:30 pm. If you need a specific delivery time or wish to keep the bouncy castle longer, such as for an overnight hire or a 2-day hire, please let us know when booking.
We offer overnight or 2-day hire for certain units, allowing you to enjoy the fun for an extended period. Simply let us know your preferred duration when you book, and we’ll ensure everything is arranged accordingly.
For indoor hire, we are flexible and will work around your event and party times to ensure a smooth setup and collection. Just let us know your preferred delivery and collection times, and we’ll tailor the service to fit your schedule.

4. Can bouncy castles go indoors?

Yes, many of our bouncy castles are perfect for indoor events, and we regularly set them up in halls, community centres, and other indoor venues. Check our Local Halls and Venues page for more info, or Contact Us if you need help finding a venue.

5. What if I don't have power available?

No problem! We offer petrol inflation fans for locations without power, for a small additional fee. We can also supply a generator if needed. Just let us know your requirements.

6. Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to many areas within Essex and Hertfordshire. Please visit our Delivery Areas page, or contact us directly if you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location.

7. Do you provide a self-collect service?

Yes, we offer self-collection for certain games. Please call us at 01279 432567 or visit our Contact Us page to discuss the details.

8. Can you supervise the event?

Yes! We can provide trained staff to supervise your event for an additional fee. Please Contact Us for a quote.

9. Can we hire overnight?

Yes, some of our units are available for overnight hire for an additional fee. Contact Us to discuss availability and pricing.

10. Do you offer an adult bouncy castle?

Currently, we don’t offer bouncy castles specifically for adults. However, we have a variety of other inflatables and games that adults can enjoy! Visit our Adults page for a full list of available options.

11. Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we have full Public Liability Insurance covering up to £5 million for faulty equipment. If you’re supervising the equipment, we recommend you have your own insurance. If our team is supervising, we also provide accident insurance.

12. How do I pay?

Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email will be our bank details; you can pay via bank transfer using your 4-digit reference number in your email or pay cash to the driver on delivery.
Please note: If paying through the bank, payment must be made 24 hours before the party.
